Use of Sideline

Sideline helps families import, organize, and share youth sports calendar information. You are responsible for the calendar links, event details, and group sharing choices you add to the service.

Accounts and Access

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for the people you invite to shared groups.

Public Shared Pages

When you create or share a public Sideline group link, anyone with that link may be able to view the schedule information shown on that page. Only share public links with people you want to have access to that schedule.

Text Message Updates

If you subscribe to text updates from a public calendar page, Sideline may send text messages to the mobile number you provide about upcoming events on that public page. Message frequency varies based on the schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages by following the unsubscribe instructions included with the messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your mobile carrier and third party messaging providers.

Calendar Data

Sideline imports event data from calendar feeds and services that you provide. We do not control those external calendar sources and cannot guarantee that imported schedules are complete, accurate, or up to date.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Sideline to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unwanted communications. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access data you are not authorized to access, or misuse public sharing features.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Sideline over time. We may also update these terms. Continued use of Sideline after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

Sideline is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
